Are you ready to take your marriage from good to great? Plan to attend GREFC’s Marriage Retreat the second weekend in April.
This is not a social event for couples. It is meant to help you and your spouse delve deep into your marriage to find what makes you great together and what your stumbling blocks are.
The retreat features minimal teaching/group time, with the primary focus on your one-on-one relationship with your spouse. You will have extended periods of time alone with your spouse working on an assignment given during the session.
Led by Pastor Ken Abramson and his wife, Deanna, each session will be a 1/2 hour long followed by time alone with your spouse working on your assignments.
Here’s what you can expect:
Friday night: Session 1/Couple time (go out for coffee or dessert)
Saturday: Session 2/Couple time; Session 3/Lunch alone; Session 4/Date Night Dinner
Sunday: Session 5/Couple time and head home
The retreat is $250/couple which includes lodging for 2 nights plus breakfast at Baymont Inn & Suites in Baxter, MN. All other meals/snacks will be at your own expense.
Register early as space is limited. A deposit of $100 is due upon registration, with the balance to be paid by March 18. After March 18, the cost will be $275 providing space is available. Registration is non-refundable, however, it may be transferred to another couple.
Welcome. We’re so glad you’re here. We are a Christian church in Grand Rapids, MN. Everyone here is like you. We have joy, we have fears that keep us up at night, we experience pain, we face challenges, and we’re all searching for love. We don’t have all the answers. But we do know someone who has the answers we’re all seeking and we do know how our story ends. If you would like that for yourself, then walk through this site and learn more about us. Thanks for visiting and we hope you come back often.
Living On Mission
1 Peter 2:9 through 3:16 talks about living in a hostile world and living your daily lives as though you are missionaries in a foreign land. That is the basis for our community groups.
