2025 Annual Business Meeting

Come hear all that God has done in the past year and where He wants to take us next year.  You won’t want to miss it.

All GREFC members and attenders are invited to join us for the Annual Congregational Business Meeting.  Items to be discussed include:

• 2025 budget performance
• 2026 proposed budget (limited)
• 2025 ministry summaries

Discussion of the 2026 proposed budget will be limited at this meeting. All comments and questions related to the budget should have been aired and discussed at the Budget meeting held on January 13, 2026.

GREFC members will vote on:

• 2026 proposed budget
• Financial Secretary, Rachel Schindler

2026 GREFC Proposed Budget

Best Practices while using Zoom to attend the meeting:

• Desktop/laptop computers work best for participating via Zoom. This allows you to more easily type into the chat feature to communicate with the administrator.
  • It has been suggested by a prior user that having the Zoom app downloaded for a mobile device is recommended. This will ensure the poll (voting process) will function properly.
• Members living in the same household must attend the meeting on different devices if they want to be considered for quorum and to have their vote count. If there is no vote, you both may attend on the same device.
• Keep your microphone on mute as you enter and throughout the meeting. 
• You must have your camera ON at some point during the meeting, especially when voting so that we can be certain you are a member and who you say that you are.
• Please pay attention to and use the chat feature. This is how the admin will communicate with those who are online.
• If you want to comment or have a question, please alert the admin using the chat feature. And be patient…the administrator is also participating in the meeting but will do their best to consistently monitor those online. 
• We will do our best to help you hear everything in the meeting. If you cannot hear something please inform the admin or ask to have things repeated via the chat feature.
