Better Together Garden Tours

Better Together is a group of retirees that meet monthly at the church from Sept. through May for conversation, activities, and prayer. The group doesn’t meet regularly in the summer but this year they are providing two opportunities to get together through Garden Tours. Anyone of retirement age is invited to join in, no registration needed, just show up!
Garden Tours Schedule
Monday, July 1, 11:00 am-whenever
- Meet at Gary & Donna Bordner’s Home (32933 Linden Lane in Grand Rapids, 651-587-2436) Bring a side dish to share and we’ll enjoy lunch together.
- After lunch we’ll caravan over to Ken & Cindy Stapleton’s Home (33198 West Mallard Point Road, GR)
- Finish out the day at Tom & Joyce Sjostrand’s Home (501 NW 13th Street in GR)
Tuesday, July 30, 10:00 am to whenever
- Meet at Tom & Marijo Schafer’s Home (34848 West Deer Lake Road, Deer River, 218-688-2981) – No food for this tour, just enjoying the gardens!
- Second stop will be at Jim & Vickie Azure’s Home (25581 Ingebo Road, Cohasset)
