Come celebrate all that God is doing in and through our church family. The entire congregation is encouraged to attend the Quarterly Business Meeting.

Our Quarterly Business Meeting (QBM) formats are different each time:

• The first and third (January & July) meetings will feature updates from ministry leaders, sharing how God is moving in and through the ministry and plans for the next 6 months of ministry.
• The second and fourth (April & October) meetings include an opportunity for input from the members. If you have a topic that you’d like to discuss (a word from the Holy Spirit for the church, a new ministry idea, a change to the way we do things, etc.) we encourage you to contact the church office with your topic. This allows leadership time to think about the topic and be ready to discuss it. (We ask that anyone with a grievance or something that might be divisive to please go directly to the Elder Board first with their issue rather than bringing it up for the first time at a business meeting. After a discussion, the board may decide to put it on the agenda for the business meeting for wider discussion with the members.)
• The first QBM also serves as our Annual Meeting for the previous year.
• The fourth QBM includes a vote for nominations to various boards and committees that will start their terms in the new year.

We encourage in-person attendance to aid discussion. We will be hosting online via Zoom for those wishing to attend remotely. Online voting IS accepted.

While using Zoom,

• Desktop/laptop computers work best for participating via Zoom. This allows you to more easily type in the chat feature to communicate with the administrator.
• A couple may use the same device to participate in the meeting. To vote, simply go to the voting link twice and submit your answers (which remain confidential).
• Keep your microphone on mute unless/until you are given time to speak by the administrator.
• You must have your camera ON during the meeting and especially when voting so that we can be certain you are a member and who you say that you are.
• Please pay attention to and use the chat feature. This is how the admin will communicate with those who are online.
• If you want to speak or have a question, please alert the admin using the chat feature. And be patient…the administrator is also participating in the meeting but will do their best to consistently monitor those online. To participate in the meeting, you may either ask your question through the administrator or you can ask to speak through your microphone.
• We will do our best to help you hear everything in the meeting. If you cannot hear something please inform the admin or ask to have things repeated via the chat feature. Sometimes there is nothing we can do to improve the audio. We suggest always being in a quiet location so you can hear better.
