While we are not able to control everything in our lives nor fully grasp God’s plan, we are called to rely on the one who can. Ecclesiastes invites us to live with open hands and faithful hearts, finding joy not in what we control, but in who we know: a good, purposeful, loving and eternal God. Behold and Listen to the Generous King
Are you still banking on the idea that if you're just "good enough" you'll make it to heaven? In today's reading of the Gospel of Matthew, Jesus blows that theory out of the water. The only way to make it into heaven and live eternally in the Kingdom of God is solely based on the generosity of our good God.
